Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 60 years old or more;
  • Urinary Incontinence for at least 12 months
  • Internet access.

Exclusion

  • Pelvic cancer;
  • Sling surgery;
  • Urinary catheter;
  • Antimuscarinic medication;
  • Alzheimer;
  • Parkinson;
  • Multiple Sclerosis;
  • Uncontrolled diabetes.
