Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 60 years old or more;
- Urinary Incontinence for at least 12 months
- Internet access.
Exclusion
- Pelvic cancer;
- Sling surgery;
- Urinary catheter;
- Antimuscarinic medication;
- Alzheimer;
- Parkinson;
- Multiple Sclerosis;
- Uncontrolled diabetes.
