Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • reconstructive surgery on the hip joint
  • children with cerebral palsy/ spina bifida/organic brain injury
  • age 3 - 18 years.

Exclusion

  • contraindications to the use of local anesthetics
  • contraindications to performing an invasive procedure
  • ASA \> 3
