Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Isolated thoracic injury within 24 hours
- Age between 18-100
Exclusion
- Pneumothorax and hemothorax requiring intervention at admission
- Injury severity index \>16
- COPD, Atshma
- Extrathoracic trauma
