Inclusion
- 18-40 years old
- BMI 18.5 to 40 kg/m2
- Habitually active (\>150 minutes per week of moderate-vigorous physical activity)
Exclusion
- Pregnant or trying to become pregnant
- Recent use of creatine supplementation
- Supplemental allergies
