Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients aged 40 or older
- Scheduled for elective upper endoscopy
Exclusion
- Pregnant women,
- Inability to provide written informed consent
- Prior gastrectomy, and
- Patients deemed unsuitable or high-risk for endoscopy with severe comorbid illnesses
