Inclusion
- Healthy mothers who gave birth by cesarean section
- Primiparous mothers
- Healthy newborns
Exclusion
- Mothers who gave birth vaginally
- Newborns using formula milk
- Mothers with breastfeeding difficulties
- Preterm newborns
- Multiple births
- Mothers and newborns with unstable health conditions
