Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Anterior knee pain.
  • Age between 15 to 30.
  • Pain between 3 to 10 on NPRS.

Exclusion

  • patellar fracture.
  • Intra-articular pathology( ligamental and meniscal injury of the knee).
  • Knee surgery
  • Fracture of hip, knee, shin bone and foot
  • Vestibular and visual disorders
