Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of unilateral plantar fasciitis,
- The presence of a heel spur on a lateral radiograph
Exclusion
- Lower extremity surgeries or traumas,
- Systemic inflammatory disease,
- Steroid injections administered within the past six months,
- Pacemaker usage,
- Coagulation disorders,
- Use of anticoagulants.
