Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with symptomatic BPH.
Exclusion
- Patients with indwelling catheters
- Recent antibiotic use
- Immunocompromised states (e.g., HIV, HCV)
- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (Hemoglobin A1c \> 7%)
- Steroid therapy
- Those who declined to provide consent
