Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adenocarcinoma pathological evidence in rectal carcinoma.
  • Metastatic unresectable rectal cancer.
  • Symptomatic disease for at least one of the following signs: bleeding, pain, tenesmus, obstruction,

Exclusion

  • Previous radiotherapy.
  • Concomitant chemotherapy.
  • Previously created stoma.
