Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adenocarcinoma pathological evidence in rectal carcinoma.
- Metastatic unresectable rectal cancer.
- Symptomatic disease for at least one of the following signs: bleeding, pain, tenesmus, obstruction,
Exclusion
- Previous radiotherapy.
- Concomitant chemotherapy.
- Previously created stoma.
