Inclusion
- above 18 years old with
- perianal abscesses for the first time.
Exclusion
- sepsis,
- Previous pelvic radiation
- Pregnancy or lactation
- Immunosuppressive state
- Malignancy
- Refusal to participate will be excluded from this study
