Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- posttraumatic subtallar osteoarthritis
- adult age 18 up to 60
- good skin condition healthy
Exclusion
- comorbidities such as Diabetes Mellitus, Autoimmune diseases
- previous foot surgery
- wounds near surgical incision
- skin infection
