Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Veteran participant eligibility criteria include:
- assigned provider in SCI clinic who is willing to participate in the study
- has a scheduled appointment in the SCI clinic
- ability to complete survey
Exclusion
- active diagnosis of dementia
