Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of CKD patients (stage 3 and 4)
- age between 18 and 60 years
- Must be able to swallow tablets
Exclusion
- 1- End stage renal disease ( stage 5 ) 2 - Patients with renal transplantation 3- pregnancy 4- Presence of malignancy
