Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Degenerative spondylolisthesis.
  • Degenerative unilateral disc herniations.
  • Recurrent disc herniation.

Exclusion

  • Spondylolisthesis Grade III or IV.
  • Degenerative scoliosis .
  • Traumatic fracture spine.
  • Infections.
  • Neoplasms.
  • Debilitated patients .
  • Coagulation dysfunction.
  • Severe osteoporosis.
