Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with a diagnosis of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease currently not treated with a moderate- high intensity statin and the providers that care for them.
- Patient age 18-75
Exclusion
- Hemodialysis
- History of rhabdomyolysis
