Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Having an active lifestyle
- Competing at any level in a federated sports discipline.
Exclusion
- Not consenting to participate in the research.
- Being unable to understand or write in Spanish.
- Having sustained any type of injury to the inguinal musculature in the past 3 months.
