Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Sedentary lifestyle.
  • Nonsmokers, nonusers of medications/vitamins.
  • No any cardiopulmonary/hematological risks.

Exclusion

  • Have regular exercise habits (i.e., exercise frequency once per week, duration \>20 min).
  • Have retabolic or musculoskeletal disease.
