Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients with hip fractures.
  • Patients age \>60 years old.
  • ASA ≤ 3.

Exclusion

  • Patients on anticoagulant medication.
  • Planned for general anaesthesia .
  • Patients had atrial fibrillation.
