Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Body mass index 23-29.9 kg/m 2 (Overweight-Type I Obese)
- Able to do exercise (PAR-Q)
Exclusion
- History of chronic diseases and medication use
- Considerable mental or physical disability, neurological or musculoskeletal problems
- Severe personality disorders or drug addiction.
- Pregnant females
