Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- pARDS patient
- Intubated patient
Exclusion
- Perinatal lung disease
- Cardiac failure and fluid overload
- Patients whose respiratory mechanics cannot be measured
- Age under 1 month or above 18 years old
- ETT leakage \> 18%
