Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Identify patients with rotator cuff tears and choose conservative treatment
- Able to complete cardiopulmonary exercise tests
- Able to cooperate with rehabilitation training and complete questionnaire survey
Exclusion
- Previous shoulder surgery history
- Irreparable rotator cuff damage
- Retear after ARCR
