Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 18 and older
- Congenital heart disease
- Likely to qualify for an active clinical trial under IND 28611 in the future
Exclusion
- Previous cardiac transplantation
- Unable or unwilling to consent
- HIV diagnosis
- Hepatitis diagnosis
