Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 1\) Any neonate presented with Un explained
- Un controlled Convulsion
- Hypotonia
- Persistent neonatal Jaundice
- Persistent Metabolic acidosis
- Abnormal Urine Odour 2) Any Infant and Children Present With High Ammonia Level
Exclusion
- Patient with (secondary) Non Metabolic Cause of Hyper ammonia
