- Age 20 - 65 years
- Italian Ethnicity
- Body mass index between 18.5 and 28.5 kg/m²
- Clinically Healthy
Exclusion
- Chronic disease
- Use of drugs (excluding occasional over the counter medications)
- Pregnancy
- Exogenous hormone use
- Breastfeeding
- Use of supplements
