Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age above 14 years old.
- Irreducible, incarcerated \& obstructed inguinal or inguinoscrotal hernia; unilateral or bilateral
Exclusion
- Recurrent Hernias.
- Intra-operative finding of separated thin and/or weak external oblique aponeurosis.
