Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- consent to participate in the study,
- regular training regimen,
- current medical examination,
- no health contraindications (to be decided by a doctor).
Exclusion
- Lack of consent for blood draws,
- injuries,
- health problems,
- anti-inflammatory drugs,
- supportive substances, supplements in the last 3 months before the start of the study.
