Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Cholesterol total above 200 mg/dl, or LDL Cholesterol above 100, or BMI above 25 kg/m2
- Agree to study protocols
Exclusion
- Has Allergic to dairy product
- Having any drug lowering cholesterol
