Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients (≥18 years old)
- Tracheostomized patients
- Patients requiring routine tracheal suctioning and already using HFT overnight
Exclusion
- Insufficient secretions for analysis
- Cognitive impairment or confusion
