Inclusion
- male or female, aged 18-35y

Exclusion
- Conditions that may be affected by exercise (determined by "yes" answers to the "Get Active Questionnaire") Pregnant Breastfeeding
- Allergies to:
- Dicalcium Phosphate
- Cellulose
- Vegetable magnesium stearate
- Silica
