Inclusion

  • male or female, aged 18-35y

Exclusion

  • Conditions that may be affected by exercise (determined by "yes" answers to the "Get Active Questionnaire") Pregnant Breastfeeding
  • Allergies to:
  • Dicalcium Phosphate
  • Cellulose
  • Vegetable magnesium stearate
  • Silica
