Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Individuals who are between 18 and 50 years of age, have a BMI \>30 kg/m2, and are in the first trimester of their first pregnancy.
- English speaking
Exclusion
- Individuals who are not pregnant or do not meet inclusion criteria
