Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Sex: both sexes.
- Age: above 18 years
- Lesion: subacute or chronic scapholunate ligament injury
- partial and complete SLIL tears
Exclusion
- Acute scapholunate ligament injury
- irreducible carpal malalignment
- posttraumatic arthritis
- associated fractures that could affect the functional outcome
