Inclusion
- Living with HIV and receiving ART at Salima or Mulanje District Hospital
- Adult (18+ years)
- Elevated depressive symptoms (PHQ-9 Score ≥5)
Exclusion
- Pregnant women
- Severe mental or physical illness
