Inclusion
- People with diabetes referred to the hospital eye services for review of suspected diabetic maculopathy or pre-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in HDdUHB
Exclusion
- \<18 years
- People with diagnosed diabetic macular oedema
- People with proliferative diabetic retinopathy
