Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Being between the ages of 18-35
  • Being able to communicate in Turkish
  • Being willing to participate in the study.
  • Being a licensed football player

Exclusion

  • Those with a body mass index of 30 kg/m² or higher
  • Those with a history of lower extremity surgery in the last 6 months
  • Those with cardiac, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and neurological problems
  • Those with mental, perceptual problems (Mini-mental test score \<24)
