Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Being between the ages of 18-35
- Being able to communicate in Turkish
- Being willing to participate in the study.
- Being a licensed football player
Exclusion
- Those with a body mass index of 30 kg/m² or higher
- Those with a history of lower extremity surgery in the last 6 months
- Those with cardiac, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and neurological problems
- Those with mental, perceptual problems (Mini-mental test score \<24)
