Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria
- Having a healthy baby between 4-12 months old,
- Being a first-time father,
- Volunteering to participate in the study,
- Having a smartphone
- Exclusion Criteria:
- Being under 18 years old,
- Having a psychiatric diagnosis.
