Inclusion
- Age ≥70, resident in LTC center, ambulatory, physician-cleared for training
Exclusion
- Conditions listed in Vivifrail exclusion criteria (e.g., acute MI, unstable angina, recent fractures, uncontrolled hypertension, etc.)
