Inclusion
- Age 55years and above
- Males and females both
- Berg balance scale score 21-40
- TUG in less than 20 sec
Exclusion
- Use of a wheelchair or walker.
- Any diagnosed neurological condition.
- Any severe musculoskeletal condition.
