Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- people who aged above 60
- people who can pedal the usual rehabilitation bike
- people who are willing to attend this study
Exclusion
- people who cannot cycle usual rehabilitation bike (assessed by care professionals)
- people who cannot finish MoCA,
