Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Women diagnosed with IGM confirmed clinically and histopathologically , willing to undergo intralesional steroid treatment.
Exclusion
- Patients with active infections.
- Patients on immunosuppressive therapy.
- pregnant women.
