Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 1-16 years
- any Gender
- Febrile neutropenia
- diagnosed case of solid or hematological malignancy
- taking chemotherapy
Exclusion
- Non-neutropenic fever
- already received G-CSF or antibiotics before presenting to hospital
- any other cause of neutropenia
