Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adults Undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass
- Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) \< 50%
Exclusion
- Current pregnancy
- ESRD or AKI on dialysis
- Currently on ECMO or Impella
- Emergent surgery
