Inclusion
- Patient aged 18 years or older
- Electroneurographically proven carpal tunnel syndrome
- Informed Consent for trial participation
Exclusion
- Revision surgery
- Inability to give informed consent, whether it be due to an insurmountable language barrier or another reason
