Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult women with symptomatic anterior vaginal wall prolapse (POP-Q stage ≥ 2)
- Eligible for native tissue repair
- Provided written informed consent
Exclusion
- Previous anterior vaginal wall prolapse repair
- Predominant apical or posterior compartment defect
