Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Must be at least 18 years of age and be admitted to or seen at a UIH site.
- Subjects must be willing and able to give written, informed consent
Exclusion
- Adults who are unable to provide consent
- Women who are pregnant at the baseline visit,
- Prisoners
- Individuals who are not yet adults (infants, children, teenagers).
