Inclusion
- • Preterm neonates during endotracheal intubation
- \-
Exclusion
- o Contraindication of fentanyl use as hypersensitivity.
- Contraindication of nasal administration of drugs as bilateral occluded nasal passage as choanal atresia and Epistaxis.
- Surgical patients.
