Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adults ages in between 18-60 year old
  • All emergency laparotomies (Except trauma)

Exclusion

  • Previous surgery with midline incision
  • Pregnancy
  • Current immunosuppressive or chemotherapy
  • Previous incisional hernia after midline incision
