Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Candidates for pancreaticoduodenectomy.
- Good quality preoperative DICOM CT (arterial phase).
- Michel's I arterial configuration.
- Any surgical approach (open or robotic).
- Informed consent.
Exclusion
- Age \< 18 years.
- Technical inability to measure flow.
- GDA infiltration.
