Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- BMI ranged from 28 to 29 kg/ cm2.
- clinically diagnosed by an orthopedic consultant as having a history of mechanical low back pain for at least three months.
Exclusion
- Previous trauma.
- Previous surgery.
- Any musculoskeletal disorder
- Any neurological disorder (disc prolapse, or spondylosis)
