Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Nurse managers within the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System (SMHCS);
- Stable for at least two months on any prescribed medications (for example, anti-anxiety or anti-depressant medications)
Exclusion
- prior instruction in the TM technique
